    Perfect location in exchange for stolen things

    Stayed here for 4 days, things were taken from our room. We reported it to management, internal investigation completely twisted the story without any proof, being called liar and trying to defame them for our room being entered without our consent and underwear and other valuable clothing being stolen. Management and staff has no accountability what so ever, and will try to actively find excuses and ways how to throw the issue back at you. Only went for this hotel because of its location, however do your math if you are willing do go through these mentioned in exchange for a good location. The outcome of the internal investigation has been fully twisted, no compensation provided and absurd reasoning from their side.

    Excellent location, excellent staff, very good breakfast. The hotel is opposite the back entrance of Passage Jouffroy, two minutes walk from Grand Boulevard metro station. All the staff are very friendly, pleasant and helpful. After I checked out and arrived at the airport I realised that I left my raincoat in the room and called the hotel, they assured me that they would keep it for me until my next trip. My room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast has everything you need to start a day. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation and will stay here again in the future.

    the location is perfect. But the real highlight is the chance to feel like you’re in Ratatouille without having to go to Disneyland. Among the amenities, in fact, is the possibility of meeting friendly little rodents who suddenly disappear right under the cabinet where breakfast is served in the morning. Truly impressive, too, is the staff’s quick thinking: when informed of what might have been a problem, they reassured us not to worry - after all, our furry friend had vanished. We can’t attached any photos because this unexpected appareance caught us so off guard that we weren’t quick enough to photograph our long-tailed friend

    Nice hotel with a good location. The rooms were good and clean. Friendly staff and great service. A small downside was the limited space and capacity in the breakfast area, but the food was good.
