The small, charming hotel is located on a quiet street between Avenue Niel and the picturesque Poncelet Market Square in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, close to the Arc de Triomphe (500 m away) and the unforgettable Champs Elysées. Bars, restaurants, nightclubs, a bus stop as well as Ternes underground/ train station are within 250 m of the hotel. Shops on the Champs Elysées are just 500 m away. Orly airport lies approximately 25 km away and Charles de Gaulle airport is 30 km from the hotel.

The hotel has 3 suites, 5 single rooms and 30 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Lovely Boutique in Ternes Area

Great little boutique hotel in the Ternes area - a quick walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Decent sized (for Europe) room and bath. Very comfortable for solo travelers. One wish would be for a mini fridge. Large TV - with BBC and CNN. Also, nice (small) balcony with chairs/table. Mostly quiet neighborhood. Aldi grocery at end of street. A few restaurants, and many, many unique specialty shops just around the corner. Very lovely. The breakfast buffet was reasonable at $12 Euros and worth trying out. I did 3 of 9 days. You won’t leave hungry. Staff at desk, and housekeeping were very pleasant. Hotel is a gem in its price range. Would definitely staff here again..!

Charming small hotel, well located in Paris for the sights and airport, easy walking distance from the L'Arc du Triomphe and Les Champs Elysees. Good value. Clean, comfortable bedroom and bathroom and decent buffet breakfast on offer each morning.

The hotel should advertise as a hostel. The beds are more like cots, the blankets were dirty. You can hear all the other guests' bodily functions. Floors were clean, however. As a hotel, subpar! The desk receptionist was polite, spoke English.

Tired hotel frozen in time.

Struggling hotel in need of serious refurbishment. Rooms are tiny and tired, the water does not go down in the shower, nowhere to hang small towels, holes in the curtains that do not cover the whole window, paper thin walls giving you the impression you are in your neighbour's room, toilet paper behind you asking for contorsionist skills to be reached, reception not very pleasant, make sure you take not of the wifi code at reception because it is not mentioned in the rooms, you don't even know what is the reception number, etc...

horrible bathroom. but the worst is the employees, rude. except that they messed with our bags.it took more than 2 hours to put us in a room, and on the way out, because of 20 minutes, they took our bags and placed them at the reception, super exposed
