    The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

    The Good: Good size family room for 4 people with very comfy beds inc 2 single sofa beds. Kitchen well stocked with small dishwasher which is useful (but only one dishwasher tablet).Very convenient for Disneyland with the shuttle which is never too crowded. Village is a 7 min walk so went and bought coffee and fresh baguettes every morning which was lovely.The Bad: Given this is a 4 star hotel, the service is appalling. No help given to take bags to your room, no cleaning service at all (we stayed for 2 nights). Very limited food options. Communal areas not clean including pool area. Shower not very good - tricky to get it to work consistently. Shower gel stuck on wall and hard to get a decent amount of. Hand soap on wall above toilet not by sink!!! The Ugly: Disabled access to the pool is non existent. The entrance is through the changing rooms and then through a kind of controlled pool entry point with a huge puddle of water that had bird faeces floating in it. I'm not sure if the water there was an intentional foot bath or not. We noticed a side entrance that gave direct access to the pool. When we asked for it to be opened for my disabled partner, we were told by 4 members of staff that no-one had a key and that that access point had not opened for 2 years. So if you are disabled and want to use the pool - DO NOT BOOK this hotel.

    Room was spacious for 2 adults and a 3 year old. We had a large bed I think 2 twins pushed together, 2 large sofa chairs which we turned one into a pull out sofa bed for the little one. Extra bedding in the wardrobe. The beds were very noisy all springs connected so when someone moved it was pretty loud and not the comfiest. Curtains were pretty good black out so we could go to bed early even in the summer nights. We had a mini dishwasher which was actually very helpful, nice shower and bath with good water flow and temperature. Microwave, toaster, coffee machine and fridge. The hotel had a convenient shop on site for milk cereal and snacks which was great as we arrived too late to do anything food shopping. The hotel restaurant was nice, we only managed to have takeaway service as opposed to dine in as our little one was asleep. But it was very nice and not badly priced. We also took advantage of the ready made lunches and sandwhiches there plus great ice cream selection. The pool area felt very secure needing a room card to access, with numerous beds and the pool was heated so it didn’t feel too bad when getting in. Free towels provided too. Reception staff very helpful with whatsapp and any questions to ask them throughout the day. Shuttle bus on time and very useful, we got a seat every time however it was a little annoying that there was such a large gap of no shuttles to disneyland between 11am - 4pm even in the high season. We had to spend €25 on a taxi to get home as we just couldn’t manage all day in the heat with our little one. Did mean planning our other days a little differently. Overall would stay again really reasonably priced and the only downside is the gap of shuttles and the beds.

    Second Time Here, Amazing!

    This was our second time staying at this hotel. We absolutely love it. We are quite fussy I must admit and this hotel is great. We had a room for 3, myself, hubby and 4yo daughter, Lovely little kitchen, comfy beds, great breakfast, super friendly staff that will do anything to help you. I get a little nervous when travelling and I feel happy and looked after here. The place is spotless throughout. Bus service to Disney, always bang on time. I couldn’t find one Disney hotel I liked and found this as it’s a partner Disney hotel and only 10 mins by bus to the parks. Central paris by train takes around 45 mins, perfect little gem.     Great location for Disney

    Stayed in a family apartment. Three single beds in living room and double bed in the main bedroom. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Little kitchen area had everything you needed. Supermarket and Bakery only a 5 min walk away. If you don’t get breakfast included in your stay I’d recommend the bakery for all your breads and pastries, it was very cheap. Shuttle bus straight to Disney from outside the hotel doors, only 10 mins.
