  I have a friend who has been staying in appart city for almoste a year now for work. I visted him 3 times for a week. I have astma and every time I go I have to clean the whole place because it's so dusty. He pays for the place to be cleaned, but all they do is change the sheets and towels. Sometimes they dust, but the floors are never cleaned. When he left for a few months many of his stuff was stolen. His colleague, who is also staying at appart city, has the same complains. He complained about the cleaning. He got some money back, but they still don't clean like they should. And worse they broke into his car that was parked in the underground 'secured' garage of appart city.Stay away if you can. There are really much nicer places around!

  One of the best apparthotels in Toulouse

  A very nice and cosy place to stay, feels like home, small price, everything is functional, you basically have all you need on arrival. Kitchen is enough and closed, not affecting the living room and the dormitory is big and bright. All in all, a very good long stay experience, would reccomend. PS. Internet works very well!

  Stayed here for two nights. Chosen because it was convenient (within walking distance) of where I was working. I stayed in a studio apartment, there are very few facilities close by as it is in a residential area. It is served by local bus routes but it does take a long time to reach anywhere so a car would be essential. Shower did not fix to wall so made things a little tricky and wifi worked ok once set it up (no instructions and code was confusing and poorly written). I will be looking to stay elsewhere when I visit the area again.

  I slept in the Park & Suits because had a convinient location for what I was doing next day. The exterior was nice. However, the interior was a bad surprise: the refrigerator smelt really bad, the coach had plenty of spots that made you think twice before approaching, two dirty towells were hiding in the closet and the bedroom had some spider webs hanging in the ceiling. I did not leave the room, because it was extremely late and even there is no reception...

  We stayed at Park & Suites only for one night on our way to Barcelona, but despite the short visit, the overall experience was just great! The hotel is located in a small town of Tournefeuille next to Toulouse and it´s in the middle of local neighbourhood. The area was very quiet and peaceful, though the road to the hotel is quite tricky, like a labyrinth in the suburb. When you get there, the parking place is in front and between the two hotel buildings and the reception is in the last building, from the parking lot on the left. If you arrive with a car, in the parking lot you can park your car at any parking space, even to those which are numbered. It seemed that most of the guests are staying longer periods at this hotel, which is more like a recidence or apatment hotel than typical hotel, as they also say in their web site "perfect compromise between a hotel and a private apartment". That is a great thing for independent travellers, cause the price is low and rooms are very well equipped. The reception is open only on weekdays from 8am to 8pm, so if you are planning to arrive in some other time, contact the hotel in advance. The service at the reception was very friendly and they spoke good english.We stayed in a studio room for two person and there was everything we needed; modern, nicely decorated room with double bed, dining table, wardrope (with safe-deposit box inside) and flat screen tv, small kitchen with fridge, microwave and oven and bathroom with bathtub. Only tiny downside was that the double bed was quite small for two adults to sleep and pretty hard too. It wasn´t bad for one night but maybe little problem if staying longer time.In Tournefeuille there´s couple of shops, cafés and bank along the main road and to Toulouse it´s about 12km. In my opinion the location is not bad at all and the hotel is a great option especially if you have a car and looking for affordable accommodation near Toulouse. Toulouse Airport and the factory of Airbus in Blagnac are also in the same side of Toulouse city (in the west side) than Tournefeuille, which makes those very easy and fast to reach from Park & Suites.
