  Horrible, disgusting hotel will be treated like animals

  The customer service at the front desk was disgusting both receptionist were rude and the management is disgusting, the outside of the building was run down and horrible, we checked in and got into our room and there was mould on the curtains, bathroom door would not shut, carpet and walls were stained and the room stunk and was unclean. We complained to the company we booked through and the manager came up kicked us out the room and offered us a new room, we took it and this room was the same had blood stains up the wall and many other things so we said we don’t want to stay here and want a refund she said yes then we got downstairs and begun to pretend not to understand English and was refusing a refund because we didn’t ‘complain’ and didn’t take the 2nd room because it was also dirty and disgusting we was then left with no where to go and was spoken to like animals and she happily gave her card with her name in and told us to complain. This hotel is rotten and staff is very rude and not willing to cooperate for anything they was just offering us free breakfast which we would not have took and would certainly not eat out of this place

  We stayed here as we were going to celebrate friend’s anniversary locally. The WiFi did not work that well, no instructions in the room. No coffee making in the room and the lift did not work all the time. Part of the ceiling in the corridor was hanging down. There was building work taking place in reception but not screened off. So basic is a good word to describe this hotel.

  Hotel needs urgent renovation. Had a room in the secondary building. Upper floors seem not to be belonging to the Hotel anymore. Was a bit noisy. Room was clean but had an depressing atmosphere.   The hotel,which is a brand of Choice Hotels, is located on the outskirts of Toulouse.I stayed in a single room which was very basic but with enough space for a single person.The room has a working desk, two side desks with lamps, four electric sockets, an LCD TV with local French channels and CNN.There are free tea and coffee bags with a kettle, a baggage rack, a chair, an ottoman, tall dressing mirror, a wardrobe without a door but with a hanger for clothes and cupboards in it.The bathroom has a bathtub which is covered with mirrors, a hairdryer, hair and body dispenser with soap bars and napkins.The breakfast has a great choice of meals which was satisfying.In short I can recommend this hotel due to its facilities.   Good stopover hotel.

  We stayed one night and hotel was good. The staff spoke English and were very helpful and polite. The room was large and had Aircon which was a bonus. It’s like a travel lodge in the uk. You get what you pay for. It’s got free parking and is just off the motorway so fit in fine for travellers. It’s good value at €44 euro a night. So no complaints here. Worth staying if we are in the area next time.
