    The reception team were very helpful and friendly. Good hotel, nice room and great location. Didn’t take breakfast so can’t comment on that. Kitchenette with fresh water and cookies was helpful. Could maybe have provided a few other things but overall no complaints.

    Poor service; Felt like a budget hotel

    Don’t expect much, this place feels more like a 3 star or budget hotel. My family stayed two nights and had a ‘meh’ experience. We had two rooms joined together and one of the A/C units wasn’t working. Reception came up and after pressing a few buttons on the controls just threw up his hands and said I’m sorry, maybe we can have maintenance come tomorrow and fix it. That was it. No asking if we’d like to switch rooms and no follow up the next day. There was a little heat wave in Toulouse during our visit, so this made things less than comfortable for us. Also, there just a bunch of little inconveniences: they only give you in-room coffee for one morning even if you stay for two nights; they offer free soda in their ‘kitchenettes’ but don’t have bottle openers to open them; their shared fridge on each floor feels like an office fridge (no refrigerator or mini bar in the rooms); many of the outlets don’t work in the room.Don’t expect much from this place.

    fantastic stay, even more fantastic service at the bar (esp Alexis). He was incredibly nice. TOOK THE TIME to give me excellent suggestions on spots to visit around Toulouse that I wouldn't have found otherwise. im not from france, he made it so easy. genuine guy, biggest reason i might come back

    Great city hotel. Near the Metro which is also easy to use. Lovely hotel. Room was large and nice design. Alexis on the bar did a top job and very welcoming as were all of the staff. Parking also very easy underground

    Nice and clean hotel, rooms newly renovated and are quiet. Conveniently located close to metro and main train station and close t lot of restaurants Hotel looks modern, front desk is very helpful
