Location

The hotel was built in 1907. The hotel has 11 junior suites, 6 suites, 6 single rooms and 34 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     The staff here were so friendly and helpful. They made the stay. Thanks to Valentin, Clara, Carla, and Maureen. Rooms were fine -- very pleasant cleaning staff. Breakfast was excellent. -- and we enjoyed chatting with Fabien. And the location right in the centre of it all but with the hotel being set back down an alley it was very quiet. All-round -- highly recommended.

    It was an old fashioned elegant European hotel with an excellent staff. Our room was fairly large, the furniture was old fashioned and comfortable and it had a modern heating system. The Bathroom was also of a decent size. It had a shower without a door which coming from the US I found to be pain to use. It had a breakfast that was nice enough but unfortunately they served patisseries made in a factory which is bit insulting.Note, this being an older building it had handicap access issues with the odd stair here or there making things harder than they'd be in newer building.

    Check in was delightful. It is a beautiful old building with all the associations of quirky lifts, carpeted floors and darker furnishings but it looks and feels luxurious. If it’s modern you want, don’t come here. It is a peaceful and calm place. Our red room was very spacious and had an excellent balcony. Bathroom and separate toilet. We simply loved it. We slept really well and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good as well, nothing out of the ordinary - one thing I would like is a cafetière of coffee and not the nespresso machine at breakfast - just my personal opinion - coffee brought to the table would be lovely! We have visited to Toulouse a few times and we’d love to return! Many thanks to all the staff.
