    Good hotel with a great service

    We stayed in a very spacious and modern room for four, which was also clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, giving us a late checkout as we arrived late after a long car ride. We didn't try the pool (which looked great) neither the breakfast. We appreciated the free parking available. The hotel was near the airport, but the noise impact was none.

    It was pleasant stay in at the hotel the staff were very helpful and available day and night from the front desk to the bar or at the restaurant at any time you find a helpful member, one piece to call outside you feel it insight it is like the room can not really warm up

    Good hotel with swimming pool

    We had a very nice stay at Holiday Inn not far from the Airport. We arrived by a free shuttle, you only have to call the hotel and they come and fetch you. The rooms are quite large, the bedding clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was classic but had a rain shower. We liked a lot the swimming pool and the staff, they made us feel at home and gave us some tips to visit in Toulouse. We had a good experience!

    Dirty, Air Conditioning doesn't work and they won't refund

    This place was the worse place we stayed at during our 18 day vacation. The A/C did not work so they moved us to another room. The second room did not work either. We paid for three beds and when they moved us they took away the bed. The A/C still did not work and the room was filthy. Don't believe their reviews - the uber driver also told us it was the worse hotel by the airport. They will not refund our two remaining days although we didn't stay because of THEIR issues! I will never stay in another Holiday Inn and I'm in the process of reporting them since they won't refund me my last two days.     Have stayed here several times over the years and will happily return again.Reasonably close to the airport (though not really walkable). Just a 5-minute drive.Ticks all the boxes for a work trip without any unnecessary luxuries.Rooms are quiet - even the ones facing the main road.WiFi fast and reliable.Free parking.Rooms clean.Breakfast o.k.Restaurant has a choice of French and international dishes, with the sort of quality and presentation I would expect in France.A special mention to Alexandrine at the front desk - who could not have been more helpful - and Neil in the restaurant for great service and advice.
