    Lovely hotel, poor food

    A beautiful setting with lovely grounds to walk a dog. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and cheerful. Our room was good but we missed having a fridge. The food in the Brasserie was very disappointing.     Excellent in every way

    Everything was excellent - food, service, room. Our only complaint was that the floor of the shower was a bit slippy when wet but otherwise nothing to complain about.We had dinner in the restaurant which was amazing, and the breakfast was great with lots of choice. So nice to find a quiet hotel so near to everything.

    The Le Domaine de Montjoie gives off the appearance of a chateau hotel, and in a sense, strictly speaking, it is. But, in reality it is more a business hotel in pleasant garden surroundings. The room we were allocated was in what was probably once the stables, and whilst it was comfortable, it was somewhat spartan in a business hotel kind of way. The hotel's biggest drawcard is that it offers an inexpensive and comfortable base close to Toulouse. In that regard, it succeeds admirably. Did it suit our needs? Yes it did. Would we stay here again? Probably not. Nevertheless, it is still a good option for travellers on a mid range budget.

    We were able to enjoy this fabulous property for 3 nights. It was an amazing stay. The grounds are lovely with a gorgeous pool. The rooms were nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. The entire staff was so friendly. We took our car to the car park by the local metro. Doing so made is very easy to see the nearby city. This definitely feels like a luxury stay.
