  Great location unfortunately far too many issues for us that were not addressed

  The location of this hotel is brilliant. Central to everything but that's the only positive We booked a suite with a terrace as we wanted space to sit out and take in the sunshine There were numerous issues... - no cups provided for coffee - no spoons - no glasses When they were provided the housekeeper took them away Onto the the outside .... This was terrible - no outside lighting - one sunbed that wasn't a sunbed as it didn't move and was very uncomfortable We were then provided with a deck chair and parasol from what looked like a beach - no usable table and chairs to sit out though we couldn't as it was pitch black Despite me asking for the manager email address previously I went to reception as it hadn't been provided to raise my concerns only to be told he was on the phone.... I saw him come out of his office as I was still sat there and he failed to speak to his customer nor attempt to make any contact with me. I have never had a manager refuse to speak to their guests!   Centre of town location, good rooms and service. May need taxi from airport.

  This seems to be one of the more recently outfitted Novotels and the two rooms I stayed in had excellent beds and spotless walk-in showers. It's in an old, repurposed building in the centre of town and is perfect for all the local amenities but beware that the architecture may affect the size of the room you get, so specify your needs when reserving. The main train station is about a twenty minute walk away and the airport, about 8km. There is no rail or metro link from the airport, therefore a taxi would be required. Breakfast comes with a large selection of bread and cake, therefore more Spanish in style, but hot and healthy options are available too. Service is efficient and helpful. The cost of a taxi from the airport is 40 euro so that's something you might want to factor in when selecting your stay. The restaurant, Le Capoul, attached to the hotel on the ground floor is very good and has a 10% discount for hotel guests.   Unpleasant, not meeting basic needs

  Very bad - my room as when I checked in had no basic amenities. Ie. No tissue paper, no room slippers. The study table (room 114) has no light above it if I have to do work. The fridge is not working.Horrified!   Small room, dated, bad smell (old carpet), small paper cups ( had to get proper glasses from bar downstairs). NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL.   Food odor in rooms and old matrasses

  Location is good central.Atmospher of the hotel is soulless modernThe entire hotel smells like fried food including the rooms. We had an executive room its large but only one small window. Aircon not really working and if put on blasting the same food odor around the room. The matrass has two sinkholes in them and should be changed for newer matrassases. There are probably better value hotels in Toulouse, will try another hotel next time we come to this city.
