    One might only after arriving on late flight. The room was ideal, good bed, small cabin module bathroom/ shower room that was ideal.Clean bedding, towels and vlean room. We didn't take breakfast. Good size car park which is free fir one night I believe. Airport less than a mile away. We arrived and a mix up meant we didn't know the code to enter with the car. A young woman leaving, perhaps a worker there was a great help to us calling the man on duty at 11pm on 16th October. They were both very patient with us and we thank them for that. For us, ideal stop over for one or two nights. We would use again.

    Have stayed here many times, but the hotel is starting to look tired, bits missing, repairs need doing. My friend also stayed in a seperate room and had trouble with cockroaches. He went to reception to ask for another room, female staff member was very very rude, dismissed him like he was a nobody! Clearly needs customer service training.Im not sure I'll use this hotel again, and neither will my friend.

    I won’t provide any comment regarding the rooms or the facility since we haven’t even had the chance to get to this point.Terrible and dangerous incompetence is what comes to my mind about this place. After booking a room 2 months in advanced and got reservation confirmed, we ended up there around 11pm after a travel day to hear that there was no room available. We’re a few people in the same situation though, but no solution was provided. The night staff didn’t know anything of what had happened, nor was able to do anything to help and the director was not even reachable (we also learned that she didn’t answer phone calls for about 3 weeks). Since there was any more room available in the whole city anymore, we ended up spending the night at the airport.This is not acceptable and I urge anyone to avoid this hotel, unless you want to take the risk to become homeless against your will.At this point, none of our attempts to get explanation or compensation gets anywhere.

    Where to start. The reception is tiny and the staff are not very efficient, took half an hour for me to check in. The hotel rooms are more like motel rooms, doors accessible from the outside. There was someone stood outside my hotel door smoking a joint, once inside I couldn't close the door properly, the room stank of old smoke, it was super dark in there, old shutters on the windows, the mattress wasn't great. When I went to reception to complain, another couple that had just checked in were saying that their toilet wasn't working.I cancelled and went to the Ibis instead, which was a much welcome relief after a long day of travelling. Only stay here if you are desperate, not worth the 10mins walk to the airport.

    Worse hotel experience ever

    I stayed here with a friend.In the first place, it was a complete nightmare to check in. We arrived earlier than check in time and we understood the fact that we would have to wait to check in time so we went to the McDonalds around the corner and came back. When we came back, the woman working there told us there was no reservation under our name, despite the money having been taken from the card. They called their manager AFTER ONE HOUR of trying to check in, to realise that as my reservation was done with another platform, they would find it with another one of their systems. Not only they treated us badly, but extremely bad, also we couldn't sleep because the son of one of the employees screaming and running everywhere with nothing being said. The room they gave us was so small, dirty, not cleaned, and had 1 Queen size bed instead of the 2 single beds we asked. Only 1 outlet to connect the charger in the room.Literally the worse experience in my life. DON'T STAY HERE!!!
