  The stay was average overall. The air conditioning was not cooling properly which made the room uncomfortable. The television options felt outdated with very limited channels.Cleanliness was good but these issues affected the overall experience

  Arrived after delayed flight , was worried my room wouldn't be held , no probs. Best nights sleep in ages ! Reception team fab the next morning, courtesy ride to Airport was unexpected and an added bonus. See you again soon !!   Very close to Airport, I liked the stay very much. Late evening the bar is open and you can order dinner which was really tasty and fresh. The breakfast was lovely, Alot of variety.   Hotel is located near Toulouse Airport, approx. 5 minutes walk. Hotel is modern and clean, with nice small wineyard in the garden. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, breakfast were great.

  The worst of the worst

  Having travelled for 28 years for up to 300 days a year with my business, I was forced to try this hotel because everything else in the region was booked up.Having spent 6 days here i understand why this hotel wasn’t. On arrival the guy that checked me in was great, the hotel foyer looked fine and after dropping my bags in the room, the barmaid was excellent with a refreshment following a look overnight flight. She was the only constant good thing in 6 days and I wish I could give her name for her sake.Following that, where to start…well the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, showers freezing cold or scolding hot, room clean but maid unable to open curtains, food options in line with a hospital, a/c just blowing for the sake of it…no temperature change, laundry 14 hours and you don’t have it delivered to the room (first time ever and god knows what the charge will be) ironed then stuck in a bag (what’s the point), breakfast was jail food or certainly as you see it in a movie, for 6 days I had a ham sandwich and orange juice, the only thing that looked decent (the scramble eggs looked like vomit, the bacon anemic).Glad to leave and I’ll never return. While it is currently confirmed to be working properly, we believe it may have malfunctioned during your stay, and we are taking swift action to prevent this issue from recurring.All our rooms are equipped with an air filtration system. Adjusting the temperature then depends on the settings available on the thermostat. Should our guests experience any difficulty adjusting the temperature, our technical service is available for extended hours to promptly address any issues that may affect the comfort of the stay, as has unfortunately been the case for you. Additionally, the curtains can be adjusted to help maintain a comfortable room temperature, especially when the sun is shining directly into the room. May we kindly ask if the reception had been informed about the issue you experienced with the room temperature ?Any laundry submitted before 9:00 a.m. is returned the same evening, as indicated on our laundry form. According to the form completed, you kindly dropped off your laundry at 7:45 a.m. on October 17, and it was collected and returned for collection at front desk as scheduled. This timeframe reflects the fact that laundry is handled by a professional external provider, which allows us to ensure a high-quality laundry service for our guests. We understand that our standard procedure may be different from your previous experiences and apologize if the collection of laundry at front desk caused any inconvenience.Last but not least, we reported your feedback about the food options to the restaurant so that lunch and dinner options can be carefully reviewed. We regret that you felt the need to restrict yourself to a limited selection of breakfast items during your stay, as the other options did not meet your expectations.Should you have any suggestions, or ever wish to give us another chance in the future, we would be delighted to welcome you back and provide an improved experience.
