Location

Located in front of the Toulouse race course and next to the city centre, the Zénith and the exhibition centre, the aparthotel is close to the metro and the ring roads leading to the business, aeronautics, health and university areas. Toulouse - Blagnac Airport is located around 10 km from the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 56 apartments, 53 studios and 28 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, a newspaper stand, a laundry service, a conference room, a business centre and a smoke alarm are available. Services include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Among the standard features of some rooms is a balcony or terrace, offering a view of the surrounding area. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property.     This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff.The room was excellent value for money, very clean with great facilities, hob, microwave, sink, fridge, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery. The air con was very welcome on a very hot day.I didn't bother with breakfast as it was €15 so I cant comment on the quality.I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

    A lovely weekend stay!

    Spent three nights here in early June when picking up my daughter from her year at university in Toulouse. Although it's quite a long walk from the centre of Toulouse, we chose it due to secure parking and a lovely outdoor pool!We did walk into town but the very frequent tram is just across the road and the metro about a 10 minute walk ago.The rooms are very comfortable and have well equipped kitchens. Air conditioning works very well. If we'd had a balcony, it would have been perfect! There is a laundry in the basement which cost about 8-9 euros for wash and dryer. Staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful.We didn't book breakfast as it seemed expensive. There's a local bakery a 5 minute walk away and a Leclerc supermarket a little further.Toulouse is a great city to visit, as I've said in previous reviews so won't repeat here!

    Stayed for 2 nights in a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the kitchen area. It was very clean and had everything we needed - kettle, hairdryer, microwave. Roughly a 30 minute walk from the bridge over to main Toulouse. There was parking.

    Went to watch the rugby, basic but clean and plenty of kitchen facilitiesTwenty minutes from the tram, a ticket is 1.70 (make sure you validate) we got a 3 Day Ticket for €13 which gave access to bus, tram and underground. We got a tram to Arenes then changed to the underground, if you get lucky with the trams it's 20 minutes. The public transport system is brilliant so don't be scared of booking a bit out the centre. Nice bakery down the road, if you head two stops towards the airport there's plenty of amenities available.If possible ask for a hippodrome facing room.Pool was nicely kept, never more than an handful of people in there. The reception is only 8am - 9pm so make sure you make arrangements out of them times.

    Comfortable residence to visit Toulouse

    We have spent three days in Toulouse in this residence.It was a positive experience for us, very convenient and good in terms of value for money.The studio was clean and spacious, we had basic equipment for the kitchen .There is also a small swimming pool to enjoy.The location is very good, it’s about 900 meters from the subway which will take you in the city center in ten minutes, otherwise a 30 minutes enjoyable walk in a residential area will get you to the center.It’s also close to supermarkets like Aldi, Lidl and Casino.
