We stayed here on two separate days for quick overnight stop on out trip to Italy and on return.The location is very good,close to main motorways with shop close by.Reception and check in was fine and we got a ground floor room as requested,once in the room it was quite dated with some of the fittings broken and certainly not as clean as it should be in these Covid days,there was dust on top of the stools and lots of bits on the carpet,had good nights sleep and away early both days,Would probably try another location if passing this way again.

I stayed here years ago and was always happy with my stay. Everything has now been redecorated and it looks good. When I got there, the receptionist was plain rude - said absolutely nothing, didn't look at me, just bashed the keyboard, so I really thought she either hadn't heard or understood me. The rooms are great - not too small and the bathroom is nice and clean and made to look attractive.

We had a pleasant welcome by staff and glad we talk in english. Rooms were nice, cousy, relax and clean. And breakfast was very good as well.All in all, a very pleasant hotel for a overnight stop and good willing staff,

Close to Maastricht and Aachen. KFC, Mcdonalds, grocery all within walking distance. Safe and clean and low price. Free parking! Near the highway but not next to it. Very quiet. Family rooms available too!

The split-level family rooms are great. High ceilings, nice and roomy, with lots of privacy for parents and kids.We enjoyed the easy access and the breakfast was good with sufficient choice and good bread.
