Facility

The hotel has 115 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Impressive hotel to look at from the outside, but it is not the luxurious, hospitable establishment you'd expect once you go in. Reception area and service is sub-standard. Bar area is really a reception desk staffed by reception itself. Very basic and low-cost. Reception staff seemed new - they coped, but took a long time navigating the bookings, that didn't match ours. Breakfast area very crowded and seating area very old and worn, maybe awaiting refurbishment. My room was good, but colleague's was old and tired. Area the hotel is located in is part of an industrial estate, nothing around (why did they build this big hotel here?) On the plus side, rooms were quiet and comfortable, and hotel is only 10 minutes from Messe by taxi. Also good value.

    Hotel was ok Room was not the cleanest and we pay extra for an upgrade Ran out of coffee in the room when asked for extra were told we had to pay for this Hotel is right next to the train station so good to get in to Berlin it’s self On leaving tried to get us to pay hotel tax which was already included in our booking

    Great for the Olympic stadium

    Nice and modern hotel. Rooms are good. Just two stops to the Olympic stadium while Spandau is only a 10 minute walk and there are lots of places to eat. The centre of Berlin is about 30 minutes away the metro is just 30 metre from the hotel.     Nice hotel, clean and nice facilities. Location was very convenient close to waldbuhne, were I was attending a concert. From the train station it’s less than 1 minute walk, extremely comfortable.     Good hotel in Spandau. Good for UCL matches

    It is a good hotel in Stresow wiithin few yards from the s-bahn station of Stresow in the Spandau western suburb. Got there to watch a UCL match at Olympiastadium. The stadium is within walking distance from the hotel. (2.5/3 km).The rooms are good, clean, service is ok. Breakfast is not included and is quite pricey. Overall, the hotel is good.
