  Good for one night

  We have stayed here several times. Only one night at a time, before a cruise. We don't usually have breakfast here. The rooms are very small. More than one night, it's difficult. You can't unpack luggage. The bathroom is also very small. Like I said, totally ok for one night. We had breakfast here once. The breakfast room was packed.   Sophisticated functionality

  It is simply a functional hotel. We just wanted to spend the night. That's fine with that. The rooms are cold though (ok, we were also here in the snowy season). Everything is controlled so that you can check in, live and check out contactlessly. Very functional, nothing more, nothing less. Originally submitted in German on www.tripadvisor.de.   Perfect before a cruise

  We stayed here for 1 night before our cruise. Like all B+B hotels, the premises are simple but modern. There is even a parking space offered, absolutely reserve in advance. Also reserve the rooms as early as possible as the hotel is fully booked before cruises. The rooms are large enough and ok for 2 to 3 days. To the street a little louder, but you can see part of the port. Breakfast does not offer any special features, there are a few egg dishes missing. The reception staff is very friendly.   City hotel conveniently located with parking. Room booked with 2 single beds so you have a little more space to sleep. ( for the arms) Unfortunately there was no possibility to hang the towels in the bathroom, there are 2 hooks there, but the towels have no hangers. Therefore, you can only drape them in the entrance area at the wardrobe or throw them all over the shower door. Staff say all towels are like that.There are also only blackout curtains, so the tenants of the block across the street can look directly into the rooms. If you come out of the shower during the day possibly uncomfortable. Drinking glasses are available at the reception, otherwise 2 paper cups in the bathroom. Staff very friendly.   No refund for a cancellation with 1 month notice!

  Had to cancel a 2 night booking which was 1 month away and this hotel refused to wave any charges, was charged full price even though there was no cost to the hotel. I of course will never use this place again and neither will anyone in my company. If you care about customer service I suggest you stay well away too.
