    We visited for the Christmas market. This hotel is a short walk away from the market in the main square and was comfortable and had a reasonable breakfast. Room was large and had coffee making facilities. It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. There is a tram stop right outside and the no 6 tram runs from the airport and stops literally outside. Recommended for the Christmas market.

    Totally unprofessional hotel. Rooms guaranteed by 15h are absolutely not ready by then. No apologies, but rather exceptional rudeness to guests instead. Avoid booking here! There are plenty of decent hotels in town, and no one need subject themself to customer service this poor.

    We are currently staying at the hotel as a part of our summer vacation. Unfortunately workmen started drilling in the hotel at 8 in the morning!!! We called the reception after 2 hours, but the drilling did not stop!! Instead of a nice rest we got a big headache at this hotel!

    The pillows are practically non-existent. We asked for 2 more which were dutifully delivered to our room quite quickly afterwards but made little or no difference. We also reported that the safe was not working - no less than 3 times - and it was never repaired during our 4 day stay meaning we were left to travel around Germany carrying our valuables with us - Not a very comfortable situation. There is no restaurant in the hotel but a bar serves a decent pizza from 13 Euro. Otherwise the facilities are good. Kettle in the room, shower which needed a repair but still worked OK, There were holes in the curtains and the first bathmat we had but generally it was OK for a 4 night stay. Had we been staying longer I would have expect the safe to have ACTUALLY been repaired.
