This welcoming hotel is located directly beside the main train station and the exhibition centre. Public transport departs from stops located just a short distance from the hotel. Facility

152 non-smoking rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing.     Really good location next to the train station.Tram and buses also available outside.Staff really friendly and helpfulWas able to leave luggage at no extra cost instead of having to pay for a locker at a location

    Average hotel, poor experience as a guest

    The hotel was average, everything you’d expect from any hotel room however there were lots of junkies outside whenever we left asking for money. On our 2nd day there was no hot water in the shower until around 4pm because of maintenance and the response i got when i informed reception about it was “what do you want me to do?”. On day 3, i had enough of this nonsense so did not extend my booking and booked elsewhere. When leaving, the receptionist accused me and my wife of smoking in the non-smoking room (for context, my hijabi wife is 6 months pregnant) and spoke with me rudely. His name is Farshad Hayati - this is NOT how you speak with foreign paying guests. There are many other hotels in this area. Avoid this hotel!

    Closed Bar & Restaurant was Disappointing

    The hotel was comfortable but the air conditioning in the room was mediocre at best. This was a shame as Bremen experienced very hot temperatures during my stay. The restaurant and bar is inexplicably closed on Thursday, which was very strange. I will try a hotel with more services next time I am in Bremen.

    Don’t really know how this hotel can get more than three stars ….. must be for the clean rooms and a decent breakfast… When we arrived they had one (1) person in the reception… 10 people in line for 25 minutes to check in…. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast ok… they have no parking, but you can park in a garage 5-7 min away…. The neighborhood around the railway station is a little bit shady…I guess this is a Hotel for those who travel by train or bus, others (with car) should choose a different hotel…. There a others that I would say are more cosy

    GREAT STAY EXCELLENT LOCATION

    Another great stay at this Hotel. It never disappoints. Nice spacious clean rooms with a nice bathroom and shower. I have stayed at this property many times over the years, and find the staff very helpful. A special mention for front office manager Christiane who always gave me a nice greeting. The breakfasts are good and varied, and the location next to the station and tram stop from the airport id ideal. No negativer for this property.
