    Nice hotel near the downtown area and Bremen trainstation. However, the hotel is situated at the crossing of two major roads. The noise isolation is good, but sometimes heavy traffic like trams and lorries can be heard. The room was spacious and clean. The room is airconditioned and has a safe as well as chairs and a small sofa. Modern bathroom/ shower. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.     Great location, nearby tram Station and HBF which at night time can be loud but we had no problem with noise once inside the hotel. Clean, comfortable, reception team friendly, only aspect that it lacked was a kettle in the room - it had a full kitchenette too. I'd recommend his to others & stay here again.     DANGEROUS AREA, Infused with DRUG ADDICTS

    NOT SAFE, DRUG ADDICTED NEIGHBORHOOD!!! Do not stay or park anywhere near this hotel. Addicts have broken into cars, buildings, and openly use drugs on the streets surrounding this hotel during the evening. Our car window was smashed and the POLICE were not surprised, confirming this is a bad area for tourists or anyone. The hotel manager told us where to park, we told him about OPEN DRUG ABUSE WITH NEEDLES and asked him to call the police to get rid of those people in a secured parking structure. The Vienna House manager said "It is not my problem!" with no concern for our safety.     Better room than you expected, but an unsafe area.

    When you arrive at the hotel you actually wonder where you have ended up. The surroundings is really like a suburb and to be honest, it is not an area where you feel safe as a tourist. But, the hotel room and the service was really great. The room had a pentry as well. The parking that was said at booking.com that they should have, didn't exist and you have to park at a parking garage 400 metres away or by the street where you can pay with easypark. When we left we saw that several cars in the garage had broken windows but ours had made it. The gym are very small and didn't have any AC running when we were there. The breakfast was reallly great and really fresh.
