    Decided to stay in Hamm for 2 days, as I used to be at boarding school here 45 years ago. I found the hotel to be nice and clean, and it's right opposite the station. Price of the room was very good and the free parking was also a bonus. I would definately recommend it, if you need a base to visit other places in Germany. I will certainly come here again in the future, and hopefully stay longer. Very helpful staff too.

    This is a no non-sense hotel with okay service and well reached place. They had a place for my bike as well. Slept well, although the shower was a bit small. No special events to remark, so i just need to fill in to 200 words.

    We had a great stay at B & B Hotel Hamm! Everything was as promised and clean, breakfast was delicious and staffs were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and definitely worth it! Thank you

    Nice clean rooms for short stays .Good badroom with shower .Digtal lock with number , no card .Prepay with credit card is possible .Direct acces by walking to city center for shopping , eat and drink .

    Cancelled paid hotel booking 1 week before check-in

    This hotel called us 1 week before we were supposed to check-in and told us that the hotel had made a mistake with overbooking and therefor cancelled our paid booking. There was nothing they could do they claimed and hereby we were placed in a very uncomfortable position as we had no-where to stay and prices are a bit different 1 week before arrival vs 6 months before. This travel was for a big event where everything is booked months ahead...The hotel offered no help or anything what so ever except 50% discount for next time booking - as if we can ever trust them again? This is not how you treat costumers who book in good time and also had paid. It was not our mistake that the hotel had overbooked, and as a big chain hotel the help was ridiculous. I would never recommend a hotel that can do something like this.
