This hotel is located in the technology park of the university area, only a few minutes away from the Westfalenhallen centre and the Signal Iduna Park football stadium. The hotel is easy to reach from the A45 and A40 and is a 10-minute drive from the centre of Dortmund where guests will find shops and entertainment venues. There are restaurants and bars located within 1 km of the hotel. There is a bus stop just 100 m from the hotel, while the nearest train station is 700 m away. Düsseldorf Airport is 60 km away whilst Cologne - Bonn Airport is 95 km from the hotel.

Facility

90 non-smoking rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Clean, well organized, friendly staff. Nice rooms, not very big. Good bathroom. Good parking, and best of all, you can charge your EV. Good breakfast, although the breakfast area is a bit small, but clean and well organized.     Good hotel with great cuisine

    The hotel is modern and overall good. With the cleanliness you can do a little more. The kitchen is a delight for this, the kitchen director Daniel Webels gives everything for his customers. We were at seminar at REFA and had extra wishes, these were fulfilled without requests. That alone is worth a visit.     Good hotel, comfy bed, nice staff

    Stopped for the single night whilst with work. Checkin was quick and easy, the room was comfortable. Nice bed, decent shower. Would have been nice to have an option on the TV to connect to streaming apps but that’s a minor point. Breakfast was buffet style but nice. Location was about a 30 minute walk from the more built up office areas so not too far away. I would return if away with work rather than with my family.

    Perfect location for Westfalenstadion

    The location is ideal to visit the Westfalenstadion to watch Dortmund play.I believe the hotel has been recently refurbished. The rooms are a decent size and the beds are comfortable. The location is ideal for the stadium and the centre is a 10 minute ride on the S1. Ask for a view of the stadium There isn't much around the hotel but the centre is easily reached
