    My experience at this hotel was truly wonderful in every way. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.I would especially like to thank Cristian, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He played a big role in making my stay comfortable and memorable, and his positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out.Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and outstanding service.

    Pros:- location is excellent - about 10 minutes walk from the central station and a crossroad away from the inner city- helpful and kind personnel - quick, available at any time, good at recommendations- clean- wonderful terrace- shower of good pressure- coffee machine available- soundproof walls and blackout curtains - just appropriate for sleep quality- interior design was nice and extraordinary- elevators available- price/quality ratioCons:- toiletries are not refilled during a longer stay- the double room was extremely small - making any movement simply difficult- the bed size was not comfortable for two- hooks missing in the bathroom - no way to hang the towels or clothes- free water was provided on the first day and never afterWe did not reserve breakfasts so I have no idea about them. However, the price was quite high - 23 euros per person.To sum up, it is recommended if your budget is limited and you want to be closer to the downtown. Important note: despite the short distance from the station, the area looked very safe. And the Netto supermarket just in front of the hotel was a good bonus to our stay.

    Just back from two nights in this hotel for buisiness. Central location close to the station. I had a renovated room, I have not stayed here before so cannot compare it to the old rooms but the room I had was nicely decorated. Clean with everything you could need it was just very compact. It's not a room I would like to spend loads of time in but as I literally sleep there it's fine. Staff all polite. Parking is available which is a bonus in central hotels and lots of options for food around. Overall extremely good value for money and a perfect place if you want somewhere that ticks all the boxes of somewhere modern and clean to lay your head at night.

    Wonderful hotel right in the heart of the city and close to central Station. Super breakfast, all the staff were very pleasant and accommodating.I enjoyed the use of the gym most days. I had a balcony and a city view which is not always the case for solo travellers. The hotel was spotlessly clean and would chose this hotel again the next time I am in Dortmund to watch BVB.

    This hotel, located with a very short walk of the central train station, is impeccable - not only in terms of cleanliness and style, but also in terms of service and facilities. My room was incredibly comfortable, overlooking a lovely central courtyard, and the bathroom was spacious, stocked with wall-mounted toiletries that spoke of a commitment to eco-consciousness. Well priced, central and with spa/ fitness/ sauna facilities - what more could you want? Staff were very happy to help me with any enquiries I had and the breakfast was varied, delicious and fresh. Also - for those who wish to have a few drinks in the evening without a long stumble to bed, the bar is open until 2am. This was especially encouraging as a woman in an unfamiliar city, as I felt comfortable to have a few nightcaps without having to navigate my way back in the dark. The hotel decor was also lovely, with book-themed posters on my floor, and a dark/ neutral colour palette with sunny pops of yellow. Check out was seamless and the smiling reception staff gave me a candy for the journey, just to make the morning a little sweeter. Such a thoughtful touch.I travel for a living and I cannot recommend highly enough - I will most certainly be back. Thank you for having me!
