    Firstly, the noise at this hotel, both inside and out is horrendous. The loud music playing in the lobby until 3am, when I needed to speak to reception during a middle of the night checkout, they couldn’t hear me. Their receptionist ’Ben’ is by far the most unpleasant, rude and obnoxious hotel staff person I have ever met. Tried overcharging me by over €700 and laughed mockingly when I challenged him. Hotel stunk of cigarette smoke everywhere. Would not recommend

    Car’s racing right outside the front door all night long. Revving up their engines and sounding their horns. I didn’t get any sleep for the noise.I complained to receptionist but was told the police won’t do anything about the problem. The town centre was overrun with homeless immigrants begging.     Just arrived back from a long weekend in dortmund I travelled with my son and friends and there childen to go too a football match I booked this hotel after researching the local area and it didn't disappoint check was hassle free the room was ready earlier than it should have been which was a bonus the hotel itself was very modern nice reception and bar area clean very chic free fruit and water spots also free coffee and tea area located in reception. The room itself was very nice,modern free safe free bottled water tea/coffee machine the beds were very comfy room was very warm on the cold nights whilst we was there the bathroom was a touch on the small side but did what was needed of it.On our first night in this hotel I went up to bed at 11pm and gad a problem with the electricity kept tripping out so I was promptly moved to the empty room next door under the torch light of my phone it wasn't a lot of hassle just a little inconvenient but on going down too reception the next morning I was provided with free entry to the breakfast for me and my son which was a very nice gesture from the hotel which I never asked for with I was very happy about, the breakfast was very nice indeed I highly recommend. The location for me was perfect we were right in the centre and could walk every where no problems what so ever. All in all I will definitely return too this hotel again and a big thankyou to mandy and also brit for all there help especially on Saturday for helping us out and printing our tickets out......     Very good hotel with comfortable rooms, friendly and professional stuff, new bathrooms. Personally in minus for me was glass door to bathroom because of bussines trip with coworker… but It was personally for me. Close to metro and to train.
