a very neat & value for money hotel. walking distance from the train station. restaurants & shopping also on walking distance. the hotel has good breakfast, fairly spacious rooms & a friendly team of people to assist you all around. this city doesnt have too many options whilst on business visits & this one surely stands out.

Hotel is not as good as it once was. No special attention for gold members , rooms. Slightly worn, no extra ‘s, breakfast only basics. No staff at the bar, simple glass of wine costs now 8 euro s. Room not ready at check in. When there is a big group, solo travelers do not get attention. Will not go back.

Convenient place to stay en route from UK to Denmark

Comfortable rooms, good bar and restaurant and underground parking make this an ideal stop-over. Stayed here on the way to Denmark and on the return journey to the UK. The breakfast offering is absolutely superb and full marks to the staff who quickly clear tables and replenish the buffet. An extra coffee machine wouldn’t go amiss. It can be a long wait at busy periods. Great fan of the Accor brand.

We book the hotel last second on All Accor app and arrived very late but got fantastic customer service.Thank you for welcoming us with excellent smiles and our children with a little gifts.Also morning team were fantastic. Great breakfast

not so friendly

I have stayed in Feb 2022 there with my family for 6 nights,the hotel is old and the team is not so friendly, on the check-out day I asked the reception to check out at 12:30 instead of 12:00 and they refused.staying 6 nights and they did not allow me 30 minutes!!!!in General, they are not friendly compared to all other hotels in Germany or any other country in Europe
