    We stayed as a family of 6 for a week and really enjoyed both the beautiful city of Dresden and the hotel. All staff were friendly, helpful and had great knowledge of the surrounding area and how to get to places (ursula in particular).We had 3 double rooms next to eachother as requested, rooms were immaculate and had lots of storage space and comfy beds. Yes it's not modern, but this only adds to the charm . Rooms were quiet and housekeeping could be requested as frequently as needed Breakfast was superb, so many options and always lots of variety and fresh We ate in the hotel restaurant one night and had the buffet-this was absolutely superb! Service was also fantastic and we would highly recommend the buffet night The hotel is ideally located for all the sights of dresden either walking or via tram , there is a wonderful coffee shop opposite the hotel but it does get busy so worth booking. We highly recommend the dorint , a huge thank you for looking after us.     At arrival we were met by the most amazing service minded woman, explaining everything you need to know The room is taken out of the East German period, but very well maintained and updated Cleaning is perfect and breakfast is the best.     It is located only 500 meters from the city centre. You can walk anywhere. Staff was very helpful. Room is good but needs a bit refurbishing. Internet was good. Bathroom was good. There is nothing to complain at all. Also there is a very good bar at the ground floor.     Nice hotel with good location All the checked in clients have access to handmade ice creams which was quite a big surprise.. Excellent breakfast nd friendly services. Location is very good.
