    €19 for a breakfast I never had. I told them but on checkout they insisted I pay. The female manager was unaware I am German speaker, I understood her directions to staff and she was rude. The rest of the staff were superb.     This is my choice 1 in Dresden each time I visit. Great Amenities like the AC and fitness room.Also the halal turkey at breakfast is the main reason for booking there!     The womans by the arrivaldesk think to much from themselve. Not kindly and not helpfull. They know how it need to be. The guest is just somebody. Not thinking that they pay their bread. I dont go there anymore. For me even good to go to IBIS budget this way. Better price and good service. Different quality of course, but not rude to the clients.
