    Very good hotel, unfortunately with night bells ringing

    The hotel is highly recommended, the rooms are exceptionally large and the very high ceiling height increases the good feeling of space even further. The breakfast is excellent, the bread is high quality and the large selection has left nothing to be desired.The only criticism has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but thatthe church bells in the immediate vicinity ring through the whole night (briefly) every 15min to announce the time or whatever, just annoys and leads to the fact that, despite a quiet courtyard location, you have to keep the window closed all night. Unfortunately, you don’t wake up in the morning feeling so relaxed.I can only hope that the ringing of bells at night is limited to the time before/around Christmas, then we will gladly come back at another time of year!     This is a nice hotel near the center of town. Lots of shopping nearby. Christmas markets were very close. Very large and clean room. Breakfast was good, but get there early.     a great hotel in the heart of old town

    A very nice hotel. We had a room at the peak of the roof, on the 5th floor. So part of the room had a peaked ceiling. The other part near the bed and bathroom was standard ceiling. The room was great. Everything you need, including a free minibar.However, I think Germans don't believe in cold drinks, because the refrigerator did not get cold.The hotel.is right in the heart of old town, right off the square. Lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. We were impressed.Everyone was very friendly and helpful.     Great location and just the most fantastic room. Parking on site and really helpful reception staff. Only lost a star because the breakfast was very expensive.
