Location

The hotel is located just outside of Dresden, in the villa suburb of Radebeul at the foot of the vineyards. The city of Dresden is easily accessible by public transport in 20 min and the motorway A4 is 3 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 448 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Guests can store valuables in the safe. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests' vehicles can be parked in the garage (for a fee), subject to availability. Further services and facilities include room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available for no extra charge. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 17 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds are available upon request for a fee. A safe and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Cleaning on departure is among the services offered. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Going for a swim at the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas, is a great way to relax. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Leisure options at the hotel include a gym, a hammam, massage treatments and Ayurveda treatments. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking and a spa.

Meals

The dining area includes 2 restaurants and a bar. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.

    Very good choice under way or for a couple of days stay

    The hotel is really good, with good kitchen, in a peaceful, nice neighborhood. Rooms are a bit old fashioned, you get a key and not a keycard at the reception, but they are also nice and clean. Only two things that I think would help make the experience even better: Charging stations in the garage and USB or power plug next to the bed for phone charging.     I found the hotel quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and well trained, the breakfast was also very good. The spa area was welcoming and worth a visit. The city of Dresden can be reached by S-Bahn or bus, both the station and the bus stop are within walking distance. I slept very well and I left with a good impression.     Great stay. The room was clean and quiet. The room did get warm, but there was a fan.The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped me make touristy plans, buy tram and hop on/off bus tickets. They provided a detailed map to make sure I was able to get to town and back home on the tram :)The staff in the bar was great.The morning we left, the front desk helped us review our train reservations to make sure we made our train connections.     I was for three nights in this hotel. During this staying they did not changed towels. Rooms cleaning very bad. It is dirty.I checked into the hotel later than the reservation was made. I had a force majeure event.
