Pathetic service and breakfast, CHASED BY THE WAITER!!!!! No toilet paper

Awful awful awful. Bed was lumpy, wafer thin curtain, blocked carpark, cheapest cereals which were incorrectly labels. Cheapest teas. Unpleasant juices. Scrambled eggs were odd. Fruit was only tiny apples. Bad tiny bath towels, more like tea towels

Well located in the center, maybe the parking is too small. The rooms are big, even some of them with 2 floors. The lobby and bath are downstairs and bed upstairs. Very good point is the possibility to train in the Clever fit gym that is at 20 meters. Bad point is the breakfast, too poor and with a waitress who does not understand english language.

stayed over for one night and was very impressed with how big the room was! the hotel is close to the little village which has a supermarket, h&m and some other little shops, and it very close to the bus station (2 min walk). receptionist very kind and showed us our rooms and helped printed off the bus times for us! the size of the room is great so much run for kids to run around. also free WiFi which is very important nowadays haha!! you wouldn't be disappointed!

The hotel is well located in mettmann. Rooms really big and I was lucky to have the room closest to the breakfast area.Perfect for discovering the area a few days. There is the Ruhr museum an old coal mine to visit not very far from there.

We stayed here after a birthday party in the area. We let them know we would arrive late (23:30) so our key was waiting in an easy to operate key safe. We believe that some of the rooms have been renovated. Room 35 was very good: clean, with good shower and bed. WiFi was great. Breakfast selection was excellent and included in fee. Very good, small town hotel.
