Very disappointing and dirty.

Unbelievably dirty hotel. Looks okay when you arrive and the price is very reasonable, but the room was extremely dirty. We arrived at this hotel late, so we didn't really see how dirty the room was. The next morning, we found the bed covered in urine stains and the curtains covered in white stains. There was even blood on the window frame. It's better to pay a few euros more and not get sick. So stay away. The hotel offered us a free breakfast, but since the room was so dirty, we didn't really dare to eat it. Besides, that doesn't really solve the hygiene problem.

The rooms are renovated and really cosyAnd OMG the receptionist,at the front desk, all of them, are really SO nice and helpfulService in general really good at all ! Always with a smile on their faces and ready to help you anytime This makes a difference Congrats to the management

Do not let pictures trick you, these rooms are even larger than they appear. One of the most spacious hotel rooms I’ve seen in a while.I don’t know who are people claiming this is not a 4 star hotel… It is. The service is lovely, breakfast is very very good. Rooms and public areas are clean.Everything and literally Everything is nearby… Huge Edeka grocery store, cinema, restaurant, public transport… You name it. The weakest part would be the hair dryer if you have long hair like me 😅 This is perfect hotel if you’re there for business but also as a tourist since you’re in modern central part of Dusseldorf. All staff is very cool and friendly. It’s a 5 for me!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The hotel has a very good location, making it convenient for exploring the city. On-site parking is available, which is a big advantage when traveling by car. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the amenities were sufficient for a pleasant stay. The bed itself was comfortable, allowing for a good night’s rest.The front desk and reception staff were helpful, which made the stay smooth and easy. While the breakfast was rather average, it was acceptable and did not significantly affect the overall experience.If you do not expect a strong sense of luxury or high-end comfort, this hotel is a very good choice, especially considering the price. Overall, it offers excellent value for money with comfortable rooms, a good location
