Location

The hotel is centrally located in the new business district Derendorf with excellent transport links. The shopping district, Königsallee, and the old town with clubs and shopping facilities are just a few minutes away by car or public transport. Motorway access is 2 km away. Neuss indoor ski slope is 30 min by car from the hotel and Düsseldorf International Airport is 5 km away.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, room service, a laundry service, a conference room, a projector and a banquet hall are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The souvenir shop gives guests the opportunity to bring home mementos of their holiday. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Daily newspapers will keep you informed.

Rooms

All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A desk is provided. All kitchenettes come with a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and include a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products.

    Horrible customer service.I had a situation recently that I tried to cancel my reservation 24h in advance due to covid situation. I kindly asked to understand my situation and have at least partial refund, that they declined mentioned Terms and Conditions. So I paid the full price in advance, and they probably offered my room to someone else and got the money from that person too.Nice business guys, well played. Never booking with you again. ever.     Remote and Quiet.

    The hotel itself is not bad, and quite modern and loaded with all key creature comforts. However, its biggest Achilles heel is its remote location. Unless you love living in a neighborhood engulfed in suburban vibes, this is not a great option for a visit to the lovely city located by the Rhine. You are better off staying closer to the old town. LOCATION: 10 minutes taxi drive away from the old town, and feels very quiet and remote .DINE + DRINK: They have a lobby-level bar & restaurant which we didnt have a chance to try.ROOM: We stayed in Room 503, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Random views of the buildings across the road; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good spa quality toiletriesFACILITIES: A Broken gym that has nothing more than a limited set of Dumbbells that are functional, and located in a dingy basement!SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home and well taken care of.     Treated like a nuisance

    I stayed one night on a business trip. Upon arrival around 8pm I was told I had been upgraded a level of room due to the hotel being fully booked. I thought this was lovely until I entered the room which was uncomfortably hot. I called down to ask if I was using the aircon incorrectly, only to be told that it was in fact not working - something they clearly knew but had neglected to tell me. I asked to move rooms, they said this was not possible and why can't I just sleep with the window open. They also said perhaps they could get someone to come and service the aircon the next day - to which I had to remind the staff I was only staying one night. In the end I had to beg for water, ice and a cup, and try to sleep with the windows and curtains open for some air. Deeply uncomfortable and disruptive night. Other issues: Hand lotion diluted; Shower gel empty; Key gets stuck in the lock; hideous experience calling down to reception for the wifi code, where the lady on reception said, and I quote, "I'm very busy, people are trying to check out, can you just come down here?" When I said this was inconvenient as I was due to join a work call, she actually huffed down the phone! Why can't they simply put the password and username in rooms, or hand it out upon arrival? This place is bizarre.     Unfriendly treatment by reception

    I stayed at this hotel as an airline pilot. Upon checkout I had a very unpleasant experience with the young receptionist. It was basically an argument whether I was allowed to drink a coffee from a coffee machine in the lobby. Whilst the hotel has nice rooms I was never treated with such disrespect in my entire career.
