Location

This tastefully designed hotel is located on the outskirts of Düsseldorf and has direct access to the A3, as well as Düsseldorf international airport, the convention and congress centres and the train station.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 199 rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Assaulted Intimidated Bullied by Memeber of Staff !!!!!!!!!!!!

    I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.Check-in was smooth and the daytime staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the night shift staff member completely ruined the stay.At around 23:45 I approached reception and politely asked the night receptionist if he could call a restaurant that was late delivering my food. He refused and told me to call them myself. I was surprised, as reception staff are usually there to assist guests and help make their stay as comfortable as possible.When I asked to speak with the manager, he told me the manager would not be available until 07:00 and that there was nothing I could do to complain about the situation. His tone then became aggressive and he began demanding to see my ID.Because of his behaviour, I started recording the interaction on my phone. At that point he attempted to knock the phone out of my hand and came around the reception desk to confront me directly. He pushed me and stood extremely close in an intimidating manner.He then called the police and made allegations against me. As a result, I was escorted off the premises around midnight and forced to pack my belongings and leave.After the police left, the staff member came outside again and behaved aggressively towards me. I have since filed a formal complaint with the hotel, but unfortunately it does not appear to be taken seriously.As a paying guest travelling from the UK in another country, I felt extremely unsafe and threatened during this incident. I will be sharing the evidence I have because this behaviour towards guests is completely unacceptable.I cannot recommend staying here.     Perfect transit hotel. Great location. Large rooms, well-appointed, superb mattresses, and pillows that are well needed treat for tired frequent travellers. There is a pool, sauna, and a mini gym, too. Very pleasant staff at the evening restaurant. Good food at the dinner restaurant, resonable European breakfast. Overall, it is good value for money.     לצערי הטיסה שלנו בוטלה בגלל המלחמה ולא יכלנו להגיע למלון. ביקשנו לבטל את המלון ולקבל החזר אך לא הסכימו, למרות שהודעתי הרבה זמן מראש. בבעלות ישראלית אמרנו?Unfortunately our flight was canceled because of the war and we couldn't get to the hotel.We asked to cancel the hotel and get a refund but they wouldn't agree, even though I had informed them well in advance.     Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Staff in reception and restaurant were very rude.AC in the room wasn’t working at all and it was over 30C in the room. Asked for another room and the guy in the reception said he would fix the AC but he didn’t do a thing. Went back, got a new room and the AC wasn’t working there either.Stay away from this place!     Good airport hotel

    I booked this hotel with my Daughter for a 2 night weekend break for a concert. The main reason for booking this hotel was the close proximity to the airport as we had a very early flight home on our last night. We took a cab which was 17 euros from Düsseldorf Airport, the return was only 10 euros using Uber , compared to the shuttle service at 5euros each. The hotel was nice & clean the fresh water in reception & apples were a nice touch. We paid for an upgrade to our room which was on the ground floor, the room was spacious, clean, but the air conditioning did not work the first night, but the second night it was 31c so we had to get it sorted which they did attempt to fix it, it was noisy & didn’t seem to be very effective, but we managed to sleep. We had this bizarre tablet in our room, this never worked & we did report it to no avail.The main reception had a chiller to purchase beer & fizzy drinks, as we returned late the first night & I fancied a drink, the onsite pub allegedly shut at 2300 & opened at 6pm, but I never witnessed the pub open, the outdoor pool was a nice touch but only had 3 sunbeds ? Our second day was 31c so we hung out side by the pool, there was a pool side kiosk but this didn’t open until 3pm, which seemed a waste of facilities, there was workers onsite that were cleaning the pool tiles by hand at midday & steam cleaning the floor by the toilet near the pool which seemed really odd & the workers appeared a bit cross when we needed the toilet rather than pee in the pool? Once the outdoor poolside kiosk opened everyone was very chilled eating pretzels, getting drinks & enjoying the wine & drinks/ snacks on sale, it seemed like a bizarre waste of fantastic opportunity for guests to enjoy & again in the evening the pub never opened, so I suspect with it being a Saturday night that the onsite pub is not in use, which is a huge shame. There are no restaurants or shops nearby so this is an hotel purely for airport use, you will not be able to eat here or anywhere nearby is a taxi ride away, which the staff are happy to order. We had breakfast which was ok at 17 euros each.
