    It is old and some revamp is quite needed

    The hotel is oldThe room decoration is old and the floor ir covered with carpet, with stains...The bathroom looks also oldfashioned and it has a tub!!! How many people still use the tub?Personnel try not to talk to you. They do not salute.Breakfast is OK although trying to find a table can be challeging.Not going back, if I can.

    Once again we had a great stay with our family in Leonardo Hotel Mönchengladbach. From the check-in until departure we encountered friendly staff. We felt welcome right away. We stayed at a spacious comfort room, with our kids from 8 and 5 years old which made use of the sofa bank. Within a nice walk of approximately 5 minutes your reach the lovely city-centre of Mönchengladbach. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a city-trip.

    The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was showing signs of wear and tear the flooring around the bath was pealing off. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the.staff were pleasant. The general impression of the hotel was that it was rather shabby, adequate for a few days while on business but.not somewhere.you would want to stay on holiday.

    The mattresses need to be replaced. They sag on the edge or sides. I felt like I would roll out of bed. They did come and switch them around but this didn't help that much.The room was spacious and the view very nice. The staff was helpful and nice.

    Nice clean hotel, great location for main town, close to nice restaurants and bars.check in very quick with very polite reception staff, always willing to help. Opposite the hotel is a beautiful park with lake that is perfect if you just fancy a stroll with a historic church placed right in the centre.
