    The staff isn’t read anything you write, reject immediately, you are writing again, rejected again without any explanation. Its too easy to lose a customer and they are doing it perfectly. I won’t stay anywhere near this hotel or any other branch of them.

    Group of 6 staying over for a social weekend of beer and sausages. Staff super pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy as was the rest of the hotel. Facilities you’d expect plus the addition of a free safe in room to keep valuables locked up. Bar area was great and we took full advantage of the happy hour between 5-7pm. We tried the pizzas which were good but didn’t bother with the breakfast. There’s a great coffee shop and a convenience shop a couple mins walk away. The view opposite isn’t the most alluring but let be honest that’s not what you pay for. All in, I’d deffo stay again.

    Stayed here for 4 days and the heating still does not work. The room is extremely cold, even though outside temperatures are below zero. I complained at reception, but nothing was fixed. I had the same issue 20 days ago during a previous stay. Very disappointing and unacceptable

    Very clean hotel. Comfortable room. HappyHour in the bar between 1700-1900 daily. Faultless as you would come to Expect with a premier inn. IdeallyLocated for the Xmas markets in town

    Dusseldorf Christmas Markets

    Went for the Christmas Markets and the hotel is only a 10mins walk from the nearest one. Dusseldorf is a can walk anywhere type city. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff are friendly and multilingual. Booked a Premier Plus room which was on the top floor, so didn't get any road noise. Room has a fridge with 2 bottles of water supplied and a safe. The hotel bar offers 50% discount on all drinks between 5 and 7! The only negative point is that the rooms are not serviced daily, you have to ask for clean towels. You are informed of this at checkin. Overall a great hotel at the price and would certainly stay here again.
