    Horrendous night no shower gel no tv remote and throws I would give to my Chihuahua

    The pillows were extremely soft but my head just wasn’t high enough with just oneThe bed sheets were so thin I’d give them to my dog could not get warm or comfortable. Arrived at 3pm and it’s now 8m so I’ve laid in bed for 15 hours with my eyes shut!Nice tv on the wall but no remoteWent to have a shower but no shower gel in my room!Doesn’t get much worse. Paid £68 euros and for that price I could have stayed in a Premier Inn but guy pretended he didn’t understand my English when I asked for directions there but that’s where I’m staying today at least I’ll have a double bed proper bed covers and not throws that I’ve tried doubling up to no effect that are so thin they won’t stay on me at allComfortable bed itself but it’s a split of 2 singles not a double mattress and as for a hotel feels more like a Hostel experience Skipping the breakfast unless it’s free to make up but staff were relatively friendly and helpful but it’s 8am and they’re not even present right now. I just want a proper sleep and shower. But as always don’t expect any of my money back

    First I have to say that I only stayed one night in this hotel, but that is probably the maximum amount of time you want to spend here.The hotel does not have WiFi connection, at least it is not working. My room was old, dusty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. We stayed at the top floor which was more like an attic with low ceilings and a small hallway. The hotel is close to the train station which is a good thing, but near a busy road with lots of noise.Even though I only had to pay €35 for the night I think you are much better off choosing another hotel.

    Good location. 10 minute walk to trains and trams nearby. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast was buffet style with lots of options; breads, cheeses, meats, fruit, cereal yogurt and fried food, sausages, eggs ect. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The decor was very German (and almost old fashioned.) Bathroom looked brand new. The lift was very slow don't use if in a rush LOL There was a pipe that made a creeky noise throughout the night.

    We had a Great one night stay here. The hotel is located very close to the train station and a short tram ride away from the Altstadt. Plenty of amenities the local area.A highly recommended stay for those on a budget.

    bad staff what you can say they don t care about it and want to call the police without to prevent you before because your car is on the chief place that s 1939 methodsall nignt drunkes people are in the street achoolic persons all around
