Ideally located in the centre of Gelsenkirchen within 5 minutes walk of the train, tram and bus stations. Not the most salubrious area with lots of litter and beggars, though nicer areas are within a 10-20 minute walk away.It was a great location for my purposes, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a holiday.

Stayed one night in this hotel. The service is sufficient, the apartment is clean, the price is appropriate, the location is convenient, there is a parking lot nearby. I can't say anything about breakfast - we didn't take it. I'm fully satisfied

Well located, close to everything. The hotel and rooms are very standard, similar to Ibis, Motel One, etc. Rooms are a little bit noisy at night, windows need more noise protection. They will not allow you to check in strictly until 3 pm, even if it's 2.55! Ridiculous, but truth. And if you prepaid your stay, they will bill you twice. Great experience? Please reconsider before making a reservation! The hotelroom does not look anything like the pictures on Booking.com, everything needs updating! Hotel is directly next to busstation, so very noisy and you cannot open the window otherwise you cannot sleep because of the noise outside from busses and persons on the station. There is no parking at the hotel, so you have to find other parkingspace at a few minutes walking distance. There is no restaurant of bar. Only a desk next to the reception where you can get a drink. Not inviting at all!! Hotel needs overall updating of room, reception, halls, decorations.. everything. We went for Christmasshopping in Essen, trainstation is next to hotel, so that is nice. Price of the room is toooooo expcensive given the quality you get in real live. Good hotel for only sleeping and breakfast

Service good, breakfast was excellent lots of choice in food. Room was clean, shower is cold. Close by the city, restaurant, busstation. You don't hear the traffic. Airco not availlable. Wifi excellent.
