    Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. The receptionists are very polite, patient, and competent. I would like to mention Christian at reception who is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, good location. Do not forget to visit the bar at hotel. Besides the tasty snacks which can get in the afternoon, the great bartender can serve you with one of the the best cocktails which I ever had. Whenever I travel to Essen, I only stay at this hotel.
