    I had been there for 2 weeks, the services and front desk attenders were really good, very polite.The room is exceptional, the break fast is fabulous and the hotel location is in a place where you can find everything you need easily by foot, no need car!!That was great. I recommend to all travelers!!

    Stayed for three nights on business - hotel is well located for public transport, only a few subway stops from the main statin, and close to the town hall.Friendly & professional staff throughout, comfortable, quiet and spacious room, with good Wi-Fi, making it ideal for a short business stay. Room also included a simple mini-bar, and a bathroom with quality toiletries.Breakfast is buffet style, lots of options the room rate was also great value for money.

    Absolutely brilliant hotel for business. Great WiFi and walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Small gym and sauna only missing a jacuzzi then it would be perfect. Staff were always happy to help.

    We stayed here one night for an event in the Castle Broich nearby. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite newly refurbished and situated close to the river near tram and subway stations. Fitness room and sauna are small but scrupulously clean with a tastefully decorated resting area. We would definitely stay there again.

    Close to Essen so very convenient when visiting the Messe, it is quite easy to find Just on the other side of the Ruhr. The rooms are tidy and well equipped, bathroom is in super condition. The sauna is clean and well maintained as are the other facilities. Parking and WiFi are free and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
