    Rotten location Dark room Cleaning not done while the card is put on the handle but I was not alone in my case because several rooms also had the problem. Leaky shower Roaches in the room Breakfast in the basement and horrible buffet. In short, there was no choice but there will not be two. So to banish even hoping that it closes permanently.!     This is a nice hotel situated in the center of the town, you are about hundred meters from a metro station, this metro station is only one step away from Central Station in Essen.Rooms are good size, equipped with chair, TV, and a small fridge. Save is also available. Bathroom is good size and clean. On my first night it was smelling, but they smell disappeared on the second night. Bed is a good size, the pillow is really bad. Bedsheets were clean.There is breakfast available for extra charge in this hotel. The biggest problem is that free Wi-Fi. Half of the time it is not available, or it breaks. I reported it to the reception, however, the reception claimed that the Wi-Fi works. Well, it doesn’t. Suitable for short stay, especially if you have business to do in Europe center.

    I booked one night. On arrival in the evening "Can I book for next night" Yes, no problem, but I can't do it, you'll have to do it in the morning."You're sure"-Yes, don't worryIn the morning there was actually still a room, but at 4 times the Award!     Depressing decor, lifeless building, sad stay

    The building is poorly furnished. It looks like a breeding facility. The entrance area is depressing, there is no attractive furniture or other furnishings that give a guest even the slightest impression and feeling of being in a hotel. The mattress (at least in my room) is worn out, the room furnishings are rather modest. The bathroom and the room were clean. The walls are thin and I have to say that the people in the room next door had a satisfactory evening and a satisfactory night.
