This hotel is centrally located at the heart of Frankfurt am Main opposite the Festhalle and close to the exhibition centre. Links to the public transport are to be found a few paces away (800 m).

The hotel has 585 rooms, including 24 suites, 329 single rooms and 170 double rooms, which are located on 19 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested.     Money stolen from Room and Credit Card deposit hold within respond

    i got my money stolen from my wallet inside my hotel room, the wallet was placed inside my jacket hang on the wall, which means the theft went through my belongings while i was away from the room. just took the money, all passports remained untouched. Reported to the front desk, and found out there's no surveillance camera on each floor of the corridor, so they cannot check visually who has been entered into the room. They checked the key card of the cleaner that went into my room, and advised they have questioned the staff and nothing were found from staff locker. really poor service and reaction from staffs, took them whole morning to check. at the end, they only gave me the police station address to report. also credit card deposit payment had not been released after 10 days i have left the hotel, no feedback or respond from them whatsoever, tried e-mail and no respond at all. piss poor service from this so called 5 stars hotel Frankfurt Marriott Hotel Team, Guest Services / Front Office at Frankfurt Marriott Hotel, responded to this review Dear Benny9781980, Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your feedback.     Completely unacceptable and incompetent handling of a confirmed corporate booking by Frankfurt Marriott Hotel.

    I booked three rooms under a corporate rate more than 10 days in advance. The hotel accepted the reservations and issued official confirmation emails. At no point during booking or in any written communication was I informed of any restriction that every room and every guest must be a direct employee of the company.Only one day before arrival, after I notified the hotel that I would arrive late and that my colleague would check in, the hotel suddenly refused to honor the booking unless every guest met this undisclosed requirement. This is not a policy issue — it is a failure of basic disclosure and professionalism.Because of this last-minute refusal to honor confirmed reservations, I was forced to rebook alternative accommodation at nearly three times the original price, incurring significant and completely avoidable financial loss.Accepting a booking, confirming it in writing, and then introducing hidden conditions at the last minute is misleading and irresponsible. For a Marriott-branded property, this behavior is frankly shocking and unacceptable.This hotel cannot be trusted with corporate or business bookings.     Hotel Will Cancel Reservations Regardless of Marriott Elite Status

    I have Marriott Platinum status and regularly come to this hotel for work trips -- so I was surprised when my reservation was cancelled due to high demand from local trade fairs. For reference, I booked well in advance with the specific intention of preempting the trade fairs. Fortunately I noticed the cancellation before traveling, but I could have easily arrived after my late night flight with nowhere to stay. I have long felt that Marriott status gets you little in return for the amount of money you spend, and now that I know that cancellations can occur in spite of one's status, I will be switching to the World of Hyatt program instead.     An excellent hotel - we keep coming back

    We stayed four nights at the Frankfurt Marriott during our annual trip to visit the German Christmas markets. After years of visiting , we settled on Frankfurt because of the great rail connections to other towns and a great Marriott with terrific views.We arrived in the afternoon. After a short wait, our room was ready. In the meantime, they settled us in the M-Club lounge and held our luggage in their storage room. When the room was available, a bellman brought our luggage up to our room.We had used our Marriott suite upgrades to get a letter room. It had a kitchenette and a seating area, along with two televisions. We have had a similar room before and it is quite comfortable.One of the perks with higher tier Marriott Bonvoy (rewards program) membership is access to the M-Club. This is another name for the executive or concierge lounge. They have a great breakfast spread and in the evenings, put out enough food for a grazing dinner. Beer and wine is complimentary.The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. I needed a post office. I knew there was one nearby, but unsure of the location. They walked me outside and around the building until I could see it, then they sent me on my way.Another major advantage is a tram stop outside the hotel. This makes it easy to get around town.Are there negatives? One of the TV’s acted up and the staff could not fix it. There was also a false alarm (fire alarm) one morning. This took the elevators out of service until the situation was resolved.This is our favorite hotel in Frankfurt. We keep coming back.

    Connected in Frankfurt. Stayed 1 night and flew back to the USA in the morning. Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.
