  We booked two rooms at €135 per night for the dates 25/6 to 27/6. The rooms were located on the third floor and unfortunately did not have air conditioning—only a fan. Due to the high temperatures, it was extremely uncomfortable, and we were unable to sleep.Additionally, we discovered a note in the elevator, written only in German, informing guests of a problem with the hot water supply, meaning there would be no warm water available in the rooms. We were not informed about this issue at the time of check-in or payment at the reception.The next day, I requested to change to a room with air conditioning and was charged an additional €15, which I found unreasonable given the circumstances. I also attempted to contact reception from my room to request the Wi-Fi password, but the phone was not working. Since we have already read the points you mentioned several times (from other guests), we would like to address the issue of air conditioning again at this point.Regardless of the outside temperature, only some of the hotel rooms have air conditioning. These rooms are limited and will be charged an additional €15 per night. This is our decision, and this fact will be communicated. All other rooms without air conditioning have a fan. We ask you to take this situation into consideration; there is no reason to comment negatively on it, as it will not change at the moment (although additional air-conditioned rooms are planned for 2026).The issue of "warm water" surprised us just as much as it did you! It was a malfunction in the boiler room. The problem was identified, and we promptly got to work on it. We regret this situation, but we couldn't have changed anything at that time.Of course, we understand your frustration, especially when several factors combined have such a negative impact on your stay.   A positive average hotel.

  Yes the date, quality and price are all average for this hotel. The location is nice if one is interested in Hattersheim or a quick public travel into Frankfurt. BUT what was nice was the friendly and supportive staffmembers and the buffet with attention to detail.   Good alternative to Frankfurt or airport hotels

  Relatively new Hotel located close to a small park. Location is perfect; about 12 km to the Frankfurt airport and 20 km to the center of Frankfurt. One can use the railway (S-Bahn); Railway Station is close to Hotel (about 500 m). Taxi to airport about 30 Euro. Hotel and rooms are clean, friendly and professional staff, good breakfast. Very good alternative instead of staying in Frankfurt or at the hotels close to the airport, therefore highly recommended.   Clean and well appointed rooms. I love that the sink and shower have refillable soaps instead of wasting plastics on little bottles of everything. Breakfast was really great too.   Cozy Hotel located in a Residential Area

  I have stayed here for more than 10 days, hotel is located in considerablly a small city Hattershiem which is only 20 mins from Frankfurt City - that would west of Frankfurt. The Rail Station is a short walk from the Hotel, one of the path onward to the Rail station (my most favorite) has building structures including a Church, they were above 100 years old. Apart from Hotel's own restaurant, there are couple of Restaurant options and a shopping area around the hotel . There is a Park too right next to the hotel. The hotel staffs were very friendly staff, more than willing to help, the most of them spoke very good English and hence the communication wasn't never my problem during my stay. Rooms were equipped with Mini bar and they gave option to make may own tea/coffee that which was complimentary but there was no complimentary water. I found the rooms to be comfortable with adequate space and furniture; apart from the bed they provided a working desk for guest to work. I have rated them 3 because of one of my unpleasant experience which actually i did not experience it in my first stay in this hotel. In my second visit the first day itselg I found the bed to be very itchy - I had no option but to sleep in my sleeping bag to escape from the itch. Next day upon investigation i noticed it was dust that was causing the itch. I reported the issue immediately and my room was changed promptly (upgraded too). This time the new room had a balcony and a Single Sofa. I had the same itchy problem with Sofa, it was full of dust (a dust bag). Despite the staff doing their best to get rid of the dust - My remaining part of the days i ensured that I stayed away from the Sofa. Overall I wouldn't mind visiting them again.
