Location

The hotel is in the south of Hannover's city centre, 500 m from the Maschsee Lake. It is located only a few steps from the Schlägerstraße tram stop. The main train station is roughly 4 km away and Hannover Airport is approximately 17 km from the hotel.

Facility

4 suites, 6 single rooms and 283 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. At breakfast, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner.     The hotel has the smallest rooms I have ever seen. As soon as we entered, we started to feel like we were in a prison. There is no place to put the suitcases, and the tiny bed takes up the entire room, leaving no space even to walk. Believe me you can find better places with a low price

    we took a standard double room for 350 Euros per night, the room was very small, no more than 30cm of space on the sides of the bed, a small desk, no wardrobe except a couple of hangers. physically there was no room for the suitcases anywhere other than leaving them on the floor and climbing over them to go to the bathroom. We asked for a slightly larger room, at least to manage changes. At reception they told us that the rooms are all the same and that they were fully booked. we invited the receptionist to check the measurements of the room, she came up and replied, the room is really small, we'll change it tomorrow. The next morning there is no water to take a shower. At the reception we pointed out the promised room change and that there was no water in the bathroom. In the evening they tell us that they won't change the room because it is the same as the others and there was no point in changing them. plus they didn't have other rooms and that the problem was only our problem, there was a bed for 2 people so we had to make it work, even calling me a liar because they had the room checked and the water in the afternoon was ok. After several attempts (maybe I raised my voice a little) another receptionist comes out and warns me to call the police. I agree, I say, call her willingly. He replies that they would have agreed with the hotel because they are German and I am not. I convince the other receptionist to check the room, she goes up and comes back saying the room is really small, I'll change it for you. Terrible service, rude and unwilling to accommodate customer requests. and finally I repeat, for 350 Euros per night!

    Very Clean hotel. A smaller room with free drinks in the minibar. Great location and friendly and helpful staff. Parking with underground garage was located perfectly within so that you just can take the elevator up to the reception. Cons: Built in tv so you can’t connect your own chromecast etc. No room service and limited bathroom supplies. Also very loud AC. Overall a great one-night stay.

    Select the larger rooms have more space.Select a period when there is Less of a crowd and you can get it for 50/60 Euro Most importantly their service goes down when they are full they dont have enough keys,water and tea and coffee in the lobby finishes.Breakfast is repeated to often if you are staying longlocation is good rooms are clean you have to tell them to do housekeepingOverall it is value for money if not crowded2 stops away from HBFMetro Supermarket and Cafe next door Restaurants walking distance

    Dear Manager,I am right now at your hotel for 2 nights : Friday night and Saturday night - 12/01/2024 and 13/01/2024. I am supposed to leave today and I realized when I was packing my stuff that a grey Jean is missing…It is the first time that it ever happened to me in a hotel, it is really not a confortable situation. So was it stolen or was it taken to the trash by the staff I don’t know and I don’t want to accuse anyone. But the simple fact is that my grey jean is missing.Waiting for your answer regarding the problem. Thank you very much. Kind regards,Johnny
