3 junior suites, 3 suites, 62 single rooms and 110 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     We really enjoyed our time at the hotel, the staff was wonderful from the moment we checked-in and looked after us incredibly well. The suite 532 was great, very spacious, very clean, well equipped and with a comfortable bed. The complementary snacks and water as well as a welcome note were a lovely touch and made our stay even more enjoyable.The staff at the hotel are fantastic, very helpful, friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble.Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with a great variety of fresh produce, drinks and hot items.We stayed for just one night, but cannot wait to return.     I grew up in that part of Hannover and in the past always stayed in the house of my parents. As this is now being sold, I stayed with my dog for 4 nights at the nearest hotel, Leonardo.I was very pleasantly surprised, almost everything was perfect from start to end, very friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable well equipped room, especially the bed and excellent breakfast. Location right next to the park was the icing.     We had an excellent experience staying here , the hotel is lovely but this review is more about people .When we arrived we had a problem with our car and Dirk the general manager was a godsend . He arranged for local guys to help us and honestly they were so very helpful and kind and sorted us out so we could continue on our road trip .Without Dirk and his friends we would have been stuck , there are some really kind and wonderful humans out there ..and we managed to find three !Thank you to Dirk and everyone involved in helping us .With kindest and warm regards Marcus , April and Dirk ,your therapy dog Teddy !     A lovely room. Clean & tidy. Amenities were excellent the staff very helpful. Asked the young chap at reception directions to the tram stop & he walked us there. Room had a balcony, very roomy but lacked seating or a table. But we had no issues regarding this. The bar and restaurant was tasteful offering plenty of choice .
