    The hotel looks shabby

    The hotel is not located in the city centre but has a relatively good access to the railway station. Everywhere it looks shabby in the hotel. I would rate the hotel in a three-star level, I did not have breakfast in the hotel (EUR18!) so I cannot judge it.     Good Hotel at Fair Price

    We visited the place during a trip across Germany. From the border of Switzerland to Flensburg, from Bremen to the Eastern border of Germany.While we didn't like Halle as a city we enjoyedthe stay in this hotel. The room was very large, the bath on the other hand was small but functional and clean. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately the bar and the restaurant was closed.     Lovely Hotel near train station

    We had a lovely stay in summer 2019. It’s clean hotel near the main station . Five minutes walk . The room was spacious. The hotel seemed fully booked due to Sting was in town. Healthy breakfast options.     It’s a dated hotel, no hot drink facilities in standard rooms, the decor is all a 1970s style mustard yellow. Building site opposite room, bleak & dated restaurant/garden.     We had a room on the first floor, what would be the second floor in America. Just a view of the street below. The room itself was very nice, clean and decently decorated. The bathroom was typical of European bathrooms, had a decent shower. The location was great, just right on the edge of the altstadt (old city) the older part of the city.
