This was not in the Ibis Budget range but it should be - there’s no air conditioning and so the windows need to be opened for ventilation - this means opening to the noisy highway outside. Popcorn under the bed, somebody's bill under a bunch of crumbs. Bed didn't have the usual Ibis topper. No air conditioning. Loyalty registration missing on check in. No restaurant or snack food.
