  Clean, good location, not pricey. Nothing to commend them beyond that, however! We booked a standard room with the understanding that it was liveable and that there would be a safe and aircon. When we arrived, the room had neither and the check-in card said that only ‘some’ rooms had these things. However, we had paid for a standard room with these things advertised and there was no indication online that they would not be provided. Our room was not in the main building and was not fully accessible by lift (attached find photos of the entrance we had to use). At one point I watched an elderly woman and a toddler under her care take the stairs because said lift was also criminally slow. The room was incredibly small and the bed was not accessible from both sides. As well as this, the shower did not work properly as, without touching anything, the water would go suddenly from burning hot to ice cold. A list of things that were not included in the room follows: - no safe - No colander or even a sieve - No frying pan - No sponge - No aircon or fan The room was also not cleaned during our stay, despite the fact that they said they would at least empty the bin and provide new toilet paper. Ultimately, if you enjoy bringing a frying pan and sieve with you on holiday and don’t mind a room that has no aircon then book this. Marketing this as a fully-equipped or even functioning apartment? completely misleading (Post scrip: if you, like us, were wondering how much the gym costs to use- I called and left emails to no avail. When we arrived, we found out that it costs €10 per person with an additional €50 deposit. I thought it no wonder they hadn’t responded as any basic research would yield a better deal than this)

  Do not book this hotel im summer. I booked via booking.com with the information that air conditioning is available. When entering the room: no air conditioning. 30° outside. Asked for a room with air conditioning. Answer: Not available. Cancellation not possible.   Clean room but lack of running water on day two

  The apartment was compact but nice and very clean. The location was good; we walked from the train station and walked around the city. The room was unbearably hot at night.Unfortunately we had no running water for several hours on our second day and the response from the hotel was pretty poor. We were eventually offered a bottle of water to tide us over. That was it. No goodwill offer of a discount or free breakfast etc. I filled in the feedback form they asked me to when we returned, but received no response.   Incredible pricing for aged and not well kept location

  The suites have a good baseline, nice size and are stylish. But the details are lacking: malfunctioning and flickering light, oil spray in the kitchen (uncleaned) and on knives, lacking tableware and glasses and "forgetting" to stock the mini-bar - this just won't cut it. It seems like the new owner is not putting down the effort required to keep this place running well. Overall, for an incredibly high price, a poor experience. You can get a full service hotel with breakfast for the price...
