This hotel is centrally located opposite the main railway station. The opera and Gewandhaus are in the immediate vicinity, the congress centre and exhibition area are about 8 km away, and the airport is 25 km from the hotel.

22 suites and 178 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket.
