Location

This luxurious hotel lies in the sophisticated Arabella Park, which houses the ISARspa. It is just a short 200 m walk to the underground station, whereas Munich main train station is only 5 km away.     I would like to thank you for your great help and continuous assistance during our meeting.Nothing was too much to help us with some challenges we encountered.A special thank you as well to Sava and Elisa at the reception. Always with a big smile helping out with any requests.A kind word from Sava in the morning! They are a real asset to your hotel!Thank you to Ali and his crew from F&B. All services were anticipated in a professional way and here as well with a smile on their face.The food was delicious; so my compliments to the Chef as well.We felt welcome and respected.

    My only regret after staying in this hotel was why we had not discovered it before. We had a fantastic stay. From the moment you walk in to the grand lobby, you know you are in for a treat. Maja did a great job checking us in. The hotel has it all - the spacious and practical rooms, delicious breakfast with fantastic choices and great service by Eileen, Theo, Mithal, wonderful club lounge with delicious food (run by fantastic Liliana and her team), amazing pool, steamroom and sauna, concierge/bellboys team (Oleksii, Daniel and others), great housekeeping (Viktoriia and all the other team members). Huge thank you to Katrin for arranging everything before our arrival and making sure we had a fantastic stay. Would come back in a heartbeat.

    Stayed here back in November with my partner and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The staff went above and beyond for us both. The facilities were top notch, the spa was excellent, the bar restaurant served delicious food and cocktails at a fair price. We were treated like VIPs the whole stay!! To top it off, when the realised it was my partners birthday we returned to our room to find a bottle of fizz and a happy birthday message from the manager. If we could give it more than five stars we would!! 100% recommend!The Paulaner Restaurant Bar in the basement is a bonus!

    I was already many times in this hotel since 2008.This time like before everything was good or very good .The reason I am writing is that this time was some misunderstanding with management.But management shown professionalism and fixed everything.In particularly would like express my thanks to Stefanie Kristensen and Katrin Hofmann for their input and support.They are really understand Hotels business and taking care of happiness of their guests.Look forward to come next year to this Hotel.Recommend.

    Spacious rooms, with easy access to public transport

    We booked two twin rooms, and both were very spacious. The bathroom had both bathtub and a shower. There’s also a big safe in the room. The price was reasonable, but the cost of parking and breakfast were relatively expensive. If we drive to Munich next time, will probably try another hotel.
