    Basic but clean and welcoming

    This is a perfectly decent hotel for the money in a great location, with good sized rooms and welcoming staff. The rooms are basic but clean. We were spoilt for choice with nine (!) plug sockets. The bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast surpassed expectations, a good mix of cold buffet and hot food, decent coffee. The advertised lobby bar is not that- it is simply some vending machines in the entrance that sell beer. The coffee machine in the lobby was broken and we didn’t have a kettle in our room, despite all the plug sockets. But it was a very short walk to the busy shopping district where plenty of options were available.

    Nightmare..

    Its a nightmare..Not even trying to be better- based on previous reviews..I have booked the hotel from the current trip from the car..i haven’t checked the revies before.. and when i came to the place ..i was scared..In the city where Porsche and Mercedes is produced i wasn’t expecting hotel for 150€/night per room with such smelly environment..

    Total diaster - A needless waste of money

    Worst of the worst ! This experience is worth of 70€ for 2 Adults and 1 Kid, not 155€. This is not 3 star but 1 star with breakfast. They lie on the pictures, original room is something diffrent than the pictures. The room looked like it was last cleaned 4 months ago. The toilet was last disinfected like 1 year ago. There was smell from about last 10 customers what visited the hotel room. The only thing what cleaning personal are doing is only giving new bed laundry. The only thing what is good about this hotel is the location, nothing more.

    Great location just off the main area so everything was in walking distance, and very convenient for the S-Bahn to Airport, Mercedes Museum and Mercedes factory.I was slightly nervous having read other reviews but we found the beds were comfortable and rooms generally clean. Bathrooms were in need of refurb.

    Good location near Stadtmitte station, the main shopping area, bars and restaurants plus the Christmas market.All the staff were very friendly and helpful, plus they looked after our cases after checking out as our flight home was much later.Our room was comfortable and good value.
