    Total Mess from Check-in to Checkout

    One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived late at night and was given a room that was already occupied — I literally opened the door to find someone else inside, just as shocked as I was. An unacceptable security and privacy issue. I was then moved to an outdated, dirty room in an older building (pieces of the wall were falling apart, there was not even a chair in the room…). At checkout, I’ve been told that the hotel was not able to issue an invoice due to all the confusion. Not an isolated incident it seems, my colleague faced the same issues. I raised a formal complaint, but received no reaction or response. Total disorganization, and lack of service— avoid this hotel at all costs.

    A hotel which is also a refugee camp!WARNING! This is both a hotel and a refugee camp.The owner of the hotel refuses to see this as a problem.The parking garage is also a passageway for the refugees.Most balconies at the hotel is draped with the refugees laundry.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

    Perfect; This was what I said when I answered to the people in charge of check-out. It was clean, very comfortable, contemporary decoration, and over all very kind and helpful staff.Dinner was generous, and breakfast very good.Value for moneyDefinitively I will come back here if I need to go to Ditzingen

    This hotel is good only if you are passing through. For business trip it become complicated. There is no wifi on the room and it’s a big issue for working. Restaurant is good but the choice is small. Room is confortable and big. Parking is very expensive for a small city (8€/night).

    This is a modern concrete and glass stop-over, ideal for business trips. For the vacation guest, the facilities are clean and efficient, Only one English speaking TV channel, so entertainment is what you make it.We had bar supper, very good food served politely and efficiently. Unless you want to drink at the bar, not much else to do. No locals or indeed any business delegates staying, so no atmosphere. Breakfast okay, reception staff polite, well spoken and, yes you've guessed it, Efficient. Finally, 16 euros to park the car underground.... plenty of room outside.
